Vega Shake and Go

This is my NEW favorite supplement.  Sequal Naturals Vega Shake and Go.  Its Gluten Free, Dairy-free, Soy Free AND it tastes good! I used to rave about their “Whole Food Smoothie Infusion” because of the ingredients but this one tastes so much better and has even more ingredients that I love including probiotics, fiber and omega 3′s!

One serving contains two servings of veggies, 2500 mg Omega-3-6-9, 11 g complete protein, Only 100 calories,1 billion probiotics culture.

Vega Shake & Go Smoothie comes in four flavors: Bodacious Berry, Vanilla Almondilla, Choc-a-Lot and Tropical Tango.

I have tried them all and I would have to say my favorites are Choc-a-Lot and Tropical Tango.

Here are a few ways I prep my smoothies now.

Micaela’s Morning Shot of Choc-a-Lot

30g Vega Shake & Go Choc-a-Lot Powder
1/2 Tsp HMF Neuro Powder
1 Cup Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Breeze Milk or for added protein 1 Cup Lactose Free Skim Milk

Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!

Micaela’s Post Workout Tango
