Okay everyone, as I’m working away at getting the new website up and running I figured I would give you a little “teaser” of what to expect with MFITNESS this Spring. Right now it’s looking as though we have a lot of interest in our Outdoor Group Exercise Classes and The Complete MFITNESS Bootcamp Program.
We would like to keep the classes small at about 10-12 people per class but for our first camp we will have 20 spots available. If more than 30 people sign-up we will IMMEDIATELY add in more class times. We are SUPER excited to bring you what we have to offer and are looking forward to your feedback after the FREE WEEK LAUNCH Camp April 11th-15th (Be sure to reserve you spot in the camp by signing up for the MFITNESS Newsletter or by emailing mfitness@micaelafitness.com with your name and phone number) We only have a few spaces left for the FREE WEEK! If we end up with more than 20 people wanting to attend the FREE WEEK CAMP we MAY even hold TWO free camps!

MFITNESS is an outdoor fitness program located in the heart of Montreal offering a wide variety of outdoor group exercise classes. From Circuit Training, to Sports Agility Training, to Yoga – Whatever your fitness needs MFITNESS has it all.
You can either sign-up just to take a few classes a week or join our COMPLETE MFITNESS BOOTCAMP Program.
The Complete MFITNESS Bootcamp offers a “Fat Loss” Specific Program with it’s unique approach to achieving maximum results with minimal equipment in just 4 weeks. This total body program is designed to accelerate a person’s physique from ordinary to extraordinary, no matter what your current fitness level is. You can expect a guaranteed improvement of your overall level of fitness, an increase in motivation and lots and lots of fun!
