Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to check in as over the last 6 months I have fully turned my attention over to my outdoor fitness bootcamp “MFITNESS”. In 2 more weeks our classes will be finished (for now) and I will be back to blogging about my favorite books, health and fitness foods and products and I will begin to focus more on providing you with FREE fitness workout videos as well.
