Where to Train
Micaela trains out of a small home studio space located in Downtown Kingston which has all the equipment needed for functional training: Power rack, Benches, Kettlebells, Bosu, Dumbbells, Medicine balls, Foam rollers, Battle Ropes, TRX, Stability balls, Spin bikes, Agility Ladders, and Skip Ropes.
24 Sessions Package = 60/hr+HST
12 Session Package = 65/hr+HST
6 Session Package = 70/hr+HST
