Benefits of In-Home Training
For some people training at a gym or studio can be quite intimidating. Training from your own home with a fitness professional can make you feel safer and more comfortable. Not only will you feel more comfortable, but you'll also be far less likely to skip your training sessions if I come to you.
Equipment Needed
Depending on your goals, I may suggest that you purchase some basic portable gym equipment. While I'm happy to train with whatever you already have, I usually require that you at least have a pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat. Other gym equipment that works well for small home gym spaces are bands, a stability ball, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, yoga mat, Bosu ball, jump rope, ankle weights, and a foam roller. If you're not sure what to buy, no worries. I will help guide you!
