On-demand workouts are excellent for those who want the benefits of personal fitness instruction, without the high cost of personal training. The added benefit is also that you don't have to commit to any specific class times. You can workout from wherever you want, anywhere at any time. Exercise substitutions are always shown, so each workout can be modified to fit your own personal fitness level.
Equipment Needed
All you need is a yoga mat, and a pair of dumbbells if you have some. If not, just use some soup cans, or fill up some water bottles with some sand or legumes. That being said, most workouts you can just use your own body weight to exercise if you'd like!
